Waterfront Retail in Brooklyn
We didn’t realize it at the time, but when we captured these aerial drone photos of the Caesar’s Bay shopping center, we were bidding a sad farewell to one of over 1,700 Toys R Us stores scheduled to close in 2018. The shopping center, located on the eastern shore of Gravesend Bay in Brooklyn, New York, had existing space available and will likely have more square footage coming on the market soon. The center is located in a prime location and also features a Kohl’s, Best Buy, Modell’s Sporting Goods, and will soon add a Matchpoint NYC fitness club.
