Ruby Memorial Hospital, part of WVU Medicine, is the biggest hospital in the state and a Level 1 trauma center. As more people need care, modular construction is a quick and easy way to add space without stopping hospital work.

The new buildings on the hospital roof show how pre-made units help hospitals grow fast. These units were built somewhere else and put together on-site, saving time. This method helps add patient rooms, offices, or special care areas.
