For this project in Newport News, VA, we captured aerial photos of a tech center located across from a mobile home park. The aerial photos provide an updated view of the area and showcase the proxmity of the tech center building to the mobile home park, along with the nearby retail center, office building, and venture apartment buildings. Capturing the diverse area with drone photography helped the Warwick Mobile Home Park showcase that the park is next to a vibrarnt, nice, and mixed-use development. The photos were used to prsent the propety to potential clients looking to purchase a mobile home.
