La Marque, TX
Project Overview
A Suburb Blending Old and New – La Marque, TX
La Marque, Texas, just south of Houston, started as a small railroad and farming town. It was first called Highlands before becoming La Marque in the early 1900s. Today, it’s a growing suburb that mixes old and new. Sunset Grove by KB Homes is one of the new neighborhoods helping the area grow.
The aerial images from Dronegenuity show Sunset Grove from above. You can see modern brick houses with garages and neat yards. The homes are lined up on wide, clean streets, giving the neighborhood a tidy look.
The community areas stand out. There’s a colorful playground with grassy areas, giving kids a safe place to play. Next to it, there’s a covered picnic spot with tables where families can relax. There’s also a sand volleyball court for some outdoor fun.
The drone images also show parts of the neighborhood still being built, with new roads and empty lots ready for homes. This shows how Sunset Grove is growing while keeping a quiet, suburban feel.
Dronegenuity’s aerial photos give a good look at Sunset Grove in La Marque, TX. You can see both finished homes and new builds, showing how the community is expanding while keeping a friendly, calm vibe.
